Warranty of Merchantability
All goods sold by Sleeppost are of merchantable quality and are fit for their intended purposes.
Warranty Terms
Warranty conditions are specified in the product information provided, unless none are stated by the manufacturer.
Pricing Policy
All prices listed are nett and non-negotiable. Discounts apply only during specified promotional periods.
Delivery Services
- Free Delivery: Available for weekday orders over $200.
- For Delivery of oversized items that are unable to fit into the lift or for large items that will need to be manually carried to non-lift levels, a $10 surcharge will be apply per level per item.
- Saturday Delivery: A surcharge of $40 applies. No deliveries are available on Sundays.
- Special Locations: Deliveries to Sentosa, Jurong Island, or Military Camps incur a $40 surcharge.
- Late or Failed Deliveries: Sleeppost is not liable for any compensation resulting from late or failed deliveries. This includes loss of income for rental properties or time taken off work. Customers are advised not to dispose of old beds or mattresses until their new goods have been successfully delivered.

Sleeppost accepts the following payment methods:

- Corporate Cheque
All transactions are processed automatically to ensure billing accuracy.
Order Cancellation Policy
- If an order is cancelled due to unavailability of goods or an inability to meet the agreed delivery timeframe, a full refund will be issued.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed and submitted by the customer.
Order Confirmation
Our Customer Service Officer will soon contact you regarding your purchase to verify your order and help you select your delivery date.
Exchange and Refunds
All goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
